About the product
What exactly comes in one kit?
One 16 g resin applicator with a fine precision tip, five curing films, one razor blade, and illustrated instructions.
How long does a repair take?
About 30 minutes in total: a few minutes to apply, then 10–30 minutes curing in direct sunlight, then a minute to peel and scrape.
Will the chip disappear completely?
No, and we would rather tell you that now. It becomes much less noticeable — usually a faint mark you have to look for. How well it hides depends on the shape, depth and age of the damage.
What damage does it work on?
Bullseye and star chips roughly up to the size of a quarter, short hairline and crescent cracks, and combination breaks from road debris.
What won't it fix?
Shattered or spider-webbed glass, cracks longer than about 6 inches, damage reaching the edge of the windshield, damage in the driver's primary line of sight, and chips with dirt or water already sealed inside. See our Product Disclaimer.

How many repairs does one kit do?
Typically 4–5 small chips, since the kit includes five curing films.
Can I use it on anything other than a windshield?
Yes — glass tabletops, mirrors, and home windows. Not for phone or tablet screens.
Does it work in cold weather?
The resin cures with UV light, so it needs daylight. Apply on glass that is dry and above roughly 50°F / 10°C. On a dull day, a small UV lamp does the job.
Will it pass a state inspection?
That depends on your state and where the damage sits. Repairs in the driver's line of sight are restricted in many states. Check your local rules.
Is it safe?
It is an acrylic resin. Keep it away from children, avoid skin and eye contact, use in a ventilated area, and don't drive while it cures.
Ordering and shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, to all 50 states.
How long will delivery take?
1–3 business days to process, then 7–12 business days in transit — roughly 8–15 business days in total.
Why does it take that long?
Jessewi is based in Las Vegas, but our products are made and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. We say so up front rather than at checkout.
Will I pay customs or duties?
No. Any duties are handled by us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order includes tracking. Numbers can take 3–5 business days to start updating — that is normal. See Track Your Order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment.
Can I change my address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it if the parcel hasn't shipped.
Payment, returns and refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payments are processed on an encrypted, PCI-compliant page — we never see your card number.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. The whole site runs over TLS encryption and card details go directly to our payment processor.
What is your return policy?
60 days from delivery, refund on request, even if you have opened and used the kit. Details in our Refund & Return Policy.
How fast are refunds?
We issue them within 2 business days of approval; your bank typically posts the funds 5–10 business days later.
My kit arrived damaged.
Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free or refund you — your choice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before dispatch, for a full refund.
