These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jessewi.shop and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from this Site. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is your own.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to improve or change product packaging and formulation, and to limit quantities per customer.

3. Intended use

Jessewi GlassFix is a consumer DIY resin kit for small chips and short cracks in laminated glass. It is not a substitute for professional auto-glass repair or windshield replacement, and results vary with the type, size, depth and age of the damage. Read the Product Disclaimer before use. You are responsible for complying with the vehicle inspection and windshield laws that apply in your state.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Any "compare at" price shown is our own regular list price for that bundle, not a competitor's price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious mistake.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaches these Terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, to transmit malware, to scrape or copy the Site's content for a competing purpose, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, product photography, graphics, layout and the Jessewi name and logo — is owned by Jessewi or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. All other trademarks, product names and vehicle brands referenced anywhere on this Site are the property of their respective owners; their use is descriptive only and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners.

10. User submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for marketing, and you confirm they are your own work and accurate.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jessewi's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including damage to a vehicle, glass, or costs of professional repair or replacement. Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Jessewi against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of a product.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have to bring a claim in a small-claims court.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
